The firm was built on a simple belief: when organizations experience friction, the answer is not always to ask people to work harder. Unclear expectations, competing priorities, disconnected processes, difficult relationships and unclear decision-making can make it harder for even capable leaders and teams to do their best work.
MCM Advisory brings together organizational effectiveness, leadership development, systems thinking, coaching and facilitation to help clients understand what is getting in the way, create greater clarity and alignment, and build practical ways of working that move the organization forward.
The Founder
Myranda is the founder of MCM Advisory, an ICF Associate Certified Coach, organizational effectiveness advisor and systems thinker with more than two decades of experience across financial services, technology consulting and professional services.
Her career has taken her from frontline people leadership and operational improvement to technology implementation, organizational systems, enterprise governance, executive decision support and leadership development. Across very different roles and environments, she kept seeing the same pattern: capable people can struggle when the systems around them are unclear, disconnected or working against them.
That insight became the foundation for MCM Advisory.
Myranda brings a practical understanding of both people and organizations to her work. She looks beyond the immediate issue to understand how expectations, roles, decision rights, processes, information, relationships and leadership behaviours are interacting. Her strength is bringing structure to ambiguity, connecting perspectives across organizational boundaries and helping leaders translate complexity into clearer decisions and practical ways of working.
Her approach is grounded in Clarity, Connection and Candour: creating enough clarity to understand what is really happening, enough connection to bring the right people and perspectives together, and enough candour to address what needs to be said so meaningful progress can be made.
